Eligibility Criteria
Refund eligibility requires: (1) completion of the full 12-week treatment cycle, (2) tone images uploaded at all three checkpoints (baseline, week 6, week 12), and (3) confirmed compliance with the treatment protocol.
Refund Amounts
Purchases made through the SINCERA website are eligible for 100% cashback upon meeting all criteria. Future marketplace purchases may be eligible for 80–85% refund.
Approval Process
Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee automatic approval. Each refund request is reviewed by an administrator. Decisions are final and communicated within 7 business days.
Credit Notes
Approved refunds generate a credit note linked to the original invoice with appropriate GST adjustments. This is provided for your records and tax purposes.
